SC Wines agrees to provide a bespoke wine tasting experience for up to 12 guests at a private residence or agreed venue. The service includes:

• A curated selection of wines.
• All necessary glassware for the wine. 
• An expert to guide the tasting for approximately two hours.

• Full Payment: Due 14 days prior to the scheduled event. 

• Cancellation by Client:
  
  • More than 14 days before event: Full refund if required.
  • 1-14 days before event: No refund but a date change will be accommodated where possible.

• Cancellation by SC Wines: In the unlikely event of a cancellation by us, a full refund of all payments will be issued within 5 working days. 

• The client is responsible for ensuring all guests are of legal drinking age. SC Wines reserves the right to request proof of age and refuse service to any individual who appears to be under the legal drinking age.
• The client is responsible for the conduct of all guests and for any damage to SC Wines equipment or property that occurs during the event.
• The client must provide a safe and suitable environment for the tasting.

SC Wines is not liable for any injuries or incidents that occur at the event location. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

The final wine selection will be determined in consultation with the client at least 14 days prior to the event to allow for sourcing.
